Before items can be provided, Foster Closet requires the following information.

Foster parents:
Placement must be in the home less than 3 months
Foster license
Driver’s license
Red folder for each foster child
Social worker’s information

Relative and non-relative placement
Placement must be in home for relative less than 12 months
Placement must be in home for non-relative less than 18 months.
Red folder for each foster child or court order
Driver’s license
